The Stagionello® Academy promotes and carries out events and training courses for operators and counter operators of the large-scale retail trade, as well as providing specific training modules for consumers and professionals in the sector (butchers, fish counter staff, cooks, etc.).

The Academy boasts its ambassadors on all continents and organizes Masters and specialized courses aimed at technical, technological and scientific training based on the Cuomo Method.
